An innovative, self-starting leader, Karen and her associates have helped clients with numerous projects, spanning from large-scale program management to change management solutions.  Karen fosters long-term relationships with her customers, taking care of employees and clients alike.  Consistently doing the right thing is the core value for EHA.

Karen founded EHA with the goal of continuing to build strong partnerships with clients while providing like minded senior professionals with opportunities on strategic initiatives.

From a personal perspective, Karen is the wife of a Navy Captain and Carrier Aviator (A6E Intruder and EA6B Prowler) and mother of three spunky, athletic girls attending school in Arlington, Virginia.  In her "spare time", Karen enjoys mile-long runs in the early morning hours around her home in our nation's capital.
